Our renovation started off very well. Juan worked very patiently with us and accommodated lots of special requests and a perfectionist homeowner. However, after the final money was paid he refused to finished up the punch list and left us with unfinished, discolored grout, a missing light fixture, upside down light switches, unfinished wall blemishes and paint touch ups. We have a very pretty shower that does not drain properly. It pools and holds stagnant water against the wall in several places. We have a pretty bath faucet that isn't sealed and leaks water into our basement. He strung us along for a year saying he would come and fix these things... and finally ghosted us.
