Description of Work: No .....Bob Ryan called and made an apt for 10am and then called and changed it to 3pm on the day after. I waited and waited. 3 passed, then 4 and then 5pm.....and no phone call. I waited at home the following day and no phone call to explain why the no show or to reset an appt. I was very disappointed and really wanted to work with someone. He was coming to look at a water drainage problem and other problem areas.
