The service that was provided was excellent and even though my cat didn't survive her illness I know that Lynn did everything in her power to see if she could help. They provided details about cremation and took care of all the arrangements. The staff is super and so caring.

One of my cats was losing hair on her hind legs and back, toward her tail. I thought it was ringworm and brought her in for confirmation and medicine. Luckily, the doctors did not find ringworm and thought it was an allergic reaction. They gave her a shot. Although her hair has not grown back (yet), it has not gotten worse and the peace of mind knowing I don't have a ringworm issue in the house is worth a LOT.
Since 2008, Animal Care Clinic has been my veterinarian. Both Preston and Lynn are kind and gentle with the animals and very patient with the human "parents" of the furry ones they treat. They work with animal rescue groups in the area such as Foxdale Independent Rescue - animal welfare is a high priority for both Dr. Roberts (they are married and have a daughter going to vet school!)
I have fostered cats throughout the years, bringing in many for spaying/neutering, potty patches, check-ups, etc. I also have three dogs (ages 16, and two at 7) that have been to ACC for various issues from nail clippings to check-ups.
I am very happy with the quality and pricing of services at Animal Care Clinic! The front desk staff are also very knowledgeable and affable people who genuinely care about animals. I love how there are always dogs and cats of their own in the office. I hope to continue a partnership with them throughout the coming years.
The one thing I wish they would institute is a professional greeting (i.e. "Animal Care Clinic, this is Jane, how can I help you?") because I always have to guess or ask with whom am I speaking. I haven't requested this, so it's not something they have gotten as feedback yet.
