Tire King

My only concern is I had a coupon for $18.95 and the service was $34. The only exception I noted was my truck takes 6 quarts of oil and the coupon only covered 5 quarts. I consider the cost overrun to be excessive.

Tire King replaced the upper ball joints on my Dodge Ram 1500.  They kept it all day and when I got it everything seemed good, but seven days later the left front wheel fell off causing nearly three hundred dollars worth of damage.  I had the truck towed to another garage.  They had to replace the rotor which was damaged, replace the brakes on both front wheels.  The wheel was damaged and had to be replaced.  All done it cost me $292.00 f the left side only plus the labor cost of $129.74 for labor.  That was a total cost of $421.74.  I was offered $255.00 by the store manager.  I was left with the cost of $166.74 for something that should never have had to be done.  I would not recommend them for any kind of automotive work as they aren't reliable and trustworthy.  Nor do them stand behind their work.
