I stated working with them in April. April 16th 2025 I called them about their services after seeing on their website in the section “Estimating & EWP Design” that they offer 3d renderings for their material takeoffs. I was told that it was 25 cents per square foot and that it would be 3-4 weeks for the takeoff. I then sent off my plans to the email provided. April 28th I called back because I had no correspondence back to said email. Then I was told it was not sent out and that they would wave the fee for the takeoff. I kept reaching out to get status of my takeoff and was told the VP would reach out after discussing my concerns with the manager on May 21st. Was not called by the VP that day. We finally get in contact with said VP and they are less than helpful. Finally after 7 weeks we get the takeoff…no 3d rendering. Just the takeoff. Then they tell us our nearly 20 grand project is “too small” for the 3d renderings. In which no where is mentioned on their website. Let this be your warning. They will waste your time and money.

We knew we wanted a Trex deck, they are a local dealer, so we called them and they said they could take care of the project. There were a couple of things, like the corner is not squared. They went back and fixed it, but it's one of those things that should have been done right the first time. When we pointed out something that wasn't right, they didn't make excuses, they just fixed it. They came out and worked on a Saturday, when they had not planned too. Some of the adjustments took extra time on the job. So they tried to finish on deadline, so they put in extra hours to do that.
