Put in a sub-pump on June 5, 2018, Had to replaced a defective pump on July 17, 2018 at no charge. Allso came out in extended my sump pump drain and cleared the blocked drain at my basement door September 26, 2018.

AMAZING. My husband and grandson were at the house. Hubby called me at work and said he was having a hard time breathing. He wouldn't call 911. I told him to put my grandson on and found myself talking to a man I didn't know. I asked for my grandson. My husband had called the plumbing company but I didn't know who was there. An ambulance arrived and took my husband to the hospital. I arrived, checked hubby, gave hospital info and took grandson home (I couldn't let a 6 year old stay alone outside the ER). When I got home, the plumber was still in the driveway. I asked why he didn't leave and he said he just couldn't leave my house unlocked with no one in it. So he waited the whole time for me to show up. He refused to take any extra money for the time he wasted and I paid only for the repair work he did - which was excellent. I would not use any plumber but them. WOW.

Correcting issue with dishwasher was fine. Installation of faucet was fine. Had to call T&J back 2 - 3 times with issues on the faucet.  Seems it was faulty put I was still charged for the replacement part & the service call (2 times to fix the same issue). Because I was not reimbursed for nor the service call waived or adjusted, I would not use them again.

1. We had the Sterilight UV system and backwash filter installed a year ago. We've been asking for paperwork on the system ever since and never received it. If we'd had the paperwork, we could probably have diagnosed the problem ourselves and avoided the service call. I've asked twice more for the paperwork and received nothing yet. Was told the manager would call last week about this and no call.
2. The repairman for this last call did at least give me the manufacturer and model of the system we have so I could look it up online. I've downloaded the manual, but still don't know anything about the filter. I've looked up the system online and it only costs $400 to purchase from the company. The cost of installation was $1,985.00. Even if it took all day (which it did not), that is one heck of a markup and service charge--almost 5 times the price of the system. Of course, I have no idea what the backwash system is or what it costs. Would be nice to know but their bill did not include an itemized list.
3. They know the bulb is supposed to be changed yearly. It is now giving us an error and warning beep because it is past due. A company with good service would have this in their records to call and offer to come change the bulb when it is due. With the poor service we've gotten (lack of communication, no paperwork for something we paid almost $2,000 for), I'm looking for a different company to do the maintenance.

They arrived same day, so that was great. They determined our septic tank was full, and to have it pumped out. I was hoping they would not charge the complete $95 service charge for 15 minutes of being at my home, but they did. None the less, I thank them for coming out so fast.

They arrived at agreed upon time. The workmen were polite and professional. They gave me some good advice about keeping the pipe and spigot in good working condition and made suggestions for improving my plumbing situation.

The T of Tand J, Tim, met me to determine the scope of the project and provided the initial estimates. He was never to be seen again for any of the remaining work. He never did come back onsite. He never called. I had to keep on him to schedule the next steps and keep the project going.
The installation of the tankless water heater (replacing a tank) went fairly well. They didn't however reuse the existing exhaust which they said they would and had to replace a 14" long pipe they left sticking out of the wall for the exhaust. The fact that they thought it was ok for a 14' long pipe to stick out of the wall in the backyard was certainly not good.
While the carpenter and the electrician (sub contractors) that were brought in were very of high quality and always did what they told me (usually via text), the plumbing was a mess. The plumber who was sent out had no idea what was going on, roughed the plumbing in wrong and had to return to fix it. When he placed the vanity, despite being told the wood laminate panel needed to be installed before running the pipe through the side of the cabinet, he still didn't put the panel in place and it had to be redone - which they tried to charge me for the work.
Tim never did anything to move the project forward. The remaining basement finishing was done by a different company and the had the remaining 1500 sq ft finished before the 8'x6' 1/2 bath was done.
Tand J's carpenter asked if the other crew could install doors, trim, paint, tile floor installation, etc - which they did and which I paid directly. But then Tand J tried to charge me for the installation AND the material which they had nothing to do with. I had to fight over the bill as a result. Terrible experience.

They have done so many repair and new installations for me. The work has always been done in a timely manner and professionally. They have done several water treatment systems for me also all have been very reasonable priced.

Prompt, courteous and efficient, was very pleased with the work provided. Work was based on hourly rate ($75/hr for one plumber, $95/hr for two, plus materials) - two plumbers were there for about 2.5 hours and installed a bathroom faucet into a new vanity with small space underneath to work, removed an old kitchen sink and installed new sink and faucet, and repaired two leaks (a dishwasher and shower). Would definitely use again.

On two occasions I have had to call on T and J Plumbing to come out and fix two separate leaks that were unrelated.
In both visits they were prompt to get here. Assessed the problem quickly, gave me an approximate quote before
starting the work, got my approval to fix the problem and than they went to work.
They fixed the problem quickly in both occasions. The bill included all the parts and labor (time) detail, their charges
are very reasonable.
I am very happy with their work and their professionalism. Their teams in both calls were polite, non judgmental
(which means a lot) and informative.
I will definitely call on them again to do additional work.
