My Classic Cleaning

Very well.

The time was for 3 hours and she asked when she arrived what I wanted her to do. I explained the house was dusty and neglected due to my husband having been very sick and recently passing away and I am disabled. I have a parrot and one cat and told her she could disregard the cat litter box and bird cage area. I explained that I wanted the kitchen and bathroom cleaned very thoroughly and dusting, vacuuming and getting cobwebs also needed to be done. She started to leave after not quite 3 hours saying she did not bring a mop and had not mopped the bathroom but I told her there was a mop in the bathroom so she went back in there to mop before she left. After she left, I noticed lots of dust on on piece of bedroom furniture, and the kitchen did not seem to have been cleaned at all other than sweeping the floor (not mopped). The area under the bird cage was cleaner than before but I had told her to skip that because I know most cleaners do not like to clean pet messes. I expected she would clean the mirrors in the bathroom but she did not and since she only uses vinegar to clean, the bathroom sink was not totally clean. I contacted her to give her a chance to make things right and she replied that I had asked her to clean the bird cage, which I specifically did not and she complained that the house was very dusty, which is why I used her in the first place. I told her if she had mentioned not being able to get everything done, I could have paid her extra to complete the job, but she left as if she had done everything that was asked of her!

Mackie does a great job on the house as well as letting me know when things like air filters need to be changed. She "deep cleans" every time she comes and the house always smells clean without the chemical smell of harsh cleaners. She is very dependable meaning that she hasn't missed a day and she's always left a very clean house. Count us very satisfied customers.

Great. Mackie is very personable and professional and does a great job each time she cleans. Even putting up with a golden retriever puppy! She has been cleaning my house now for over 2 years now. One thing I appreciate is that she is consistent with her schedule and punctual so I can rely on the schedule.

I can say that I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed I had to tell her myself how happy I was. You couldn't ask for anymore. The way people are today "lazy" this lady is just the opposite, she' a hard worker and very honest I would recommend her to anyone.
