It went terrible. I am not sure if this company is prejudice against blacks or takes advantage of women. 1st he start off adding parts not even asking if you want the work done. He cant assume that because you called him to analyze your problem that it means you want it fixed. So he just says he found the problem and starts changing parts that's a no no to me. Then once he fixes it something else goes wrong. 1st he installed some wires the unit started freezing up. It wasn't doing this before. Then he comes back and charge me again and adds another part and the unit stops all together. I started asking questions and he gets offended instead of trying to see how he can fix the problems. He is a very nasty man. He sends e a text and wants to put all my old parts back on that he changed what kind of business is this. Women be aware....or maybe its just blacks in general I have no idea. I am so dissatisfied I really feel that he took advantage of me.

Campbell's was able to respond within hours to remove the heat pump, so several other vendors that were scheduled would not have to reschedule their work. I was very pleased and grateful to be able to get UST removed as that was an extremely complicated process. The consultant handling that job failed to realize that the heat pump would have to be moved and did not make any arrangements to do so. On the day of that job, I contacted Campbell and I am sure they rearranged their schedule to accommodate me. I gave the price a 'B' because I thought it was a 'little' high for our area, but they came when I called and the job was actually pretty involved. The cost also included the reconnection of the unit once the other work was finished. I really cannot complain much about the price, as it likely includes the cost of 'doing it NOW'. I got very good service and I was glad to pay for it. Since this time I have also used Campbell's for HVAC repair and maintenance work at my residence and other properties, and have been very satisfied with all aspects of their work.
