We have used them before. They're fast, and there were no unexpected issues.

Even though the repairman hadn't done one of these recalls in some time, he and the lady quickly repaired the microwave. As he progressed through the repair, he began remembering the exact procedure for doing recalls similar to this one. The instructions were included in the repair kit and I was reading the procedure during the repair. He followed the procedure exactly without referencing the instructions and even remembered to mention that "a vinegar smell" would linger for 24 hours. They were very friendly and courteous. More importantly, they were on time!
