They didn't come back to finish the work, and I kept having to call them to fix things. They put on the wrong thermostat in that kept knocking my furnace off instead of my air on. They came to my house without my permission to clean it while I was gone and left things undone then, too. Then, they said they'd charge me for it when they never did the job right and I didn't ask them to do the work.
