Kent was great - he checked all kinds of things I didn't even think of. He was friendly and informative, answering all my questions and offering recommendations and suggestions on how things could be addressed, what needed to come up to code, etc. The report was provided very soon afterwards, and was exceedingly detailed, listing everything with pictures and descriptions that a contractor ore repairman could use to direct their work. The report was mainly about the house in question; it didn't have pages of general back ground boilerplate. I've had several inspections done for purchases over the years - this was the fourth. I consider this the best one of all, and would recommend Kent to anyone. He also accommodated our pressured schedule, fitting us in when we needed him.
