I first found Johnny when our stone exterior wall leaked and rotted out the entire front wall of our home. Few people were interested in a small ($8k) stone job in our small but booming area. Johnny went up the next day and came up with a plan to remove as little as possible, saving us about $5k. At the same time, we had an internal supply line leak 30k gallons of water from the 3rd floor, completely devastating the entire home. Fortunately, Johnny was already up there and jumped on it right away. He doesn't make a big deal out of things and thinks creatively to find solutions to save time and cost. His crew was a nice group of guys and we got the entire place remediated and restored in under 3 months. He communicated frequently and was very responsive. Super nice guy. I don't know what we'd have done without him.

Excellent experience. Very communicative and responsive. Straight forward about what needed to be done. Kept it as simple as possible without over-complicating it to jack up price. Showed up promptly and prepared, worked hard, and got what could be done, done. Will have to wait on some big bits until the weather clears but we have confidence in Johnny and his brother Sammy. It is hard to find reliable help in the mountains but we will definitely be calling Johnny again and recommending him to neighbors.
