His crew showed up late every day. His work was supposed to take 1.5 to 2 days and ended up taking 3 and then some. His crew was unprofessional, throwing trash and cigarette buts in my yard and leaving things a MESS inside. Pop cans and food wrappers were left everywhere. They spilled paint on the sheets in my spare bedroom and the beautiful curtains in the master suite, said they would fix or compensate me, but never did. I had to mark with tape all the spots his painters missed because they were so bad at painting. He had a pregnant woman painting in my home - at least 7 mos pregnant. He was supposed to cut and paint a piece of trim and bring it back and he never did. He was supposed to change out my doorknobs and he never did. When I try to call him to ask him what the deal is he consistently does one of three things. 1) sends me to his voicemail and never calls back. 2) picks up the phone but is silent and then just hangs it up because he doesn't want to talk to me. 3) answers the phone and gives me some lame excuse and then says "ill be there in an hour" but NEVER shows! (has done that to me at least four times)
