I've lived in 3 different houses & used him for plumbing needs for all them. The first house I ever bought he re-plumbed completely. He guarantees his work. If there is a drip or anything he comes out & makes sure he takes care of the problem. There was also a filter for a water purification system that was located under one of the houses. I didn't want to want to go under the house to replace it myself, so I talked to him. He went the extra mile & would replace it for me every time! He's never been too busy to be responsive no matter where I've been or what I needed. I think this is just the way he does business & this is why I contact him! I've recommended him to 20-some co-workers & he's done great for them. He's very reasonable with his prices. I've got not a thing to complain about regarding his work or personality; he's just a very nice.

Ever since he came and replaced the faucet, the hose spits and sputters. I have called him and told him about it and asked him to come out and look at, but he wouldn't. He is very expensive but does good work. He won't come out unless it is a bigger job.
