All went well. Delivery team are independent contractors so delivery is coordinated through them via the store. They arrived promptly and had everything delivered and setup quickly.

Great customer service. Good quality. The only negative is that they do not deliver. They do give you names of delivery services, which is an additional cost.

The sales people at Rolesville furniture were amazing. They took the time to show us all the desks they had in stock and listed as we described what we wanted. They broke out the catalogs and stepped us through the features and functions of each desk. We ended up ordering an Ashley Furniture desk and arranged delivery to our home. The initial desk came completely boxed and while the Rolesville delivery team unboxed to attach the legs we noticed the top of the desk was damaged. It was explained that he would leave the desk for us to use now and order a new one, unbox it in the store to ensure it was not damaged and deliver to us at no additional charge. This process took roughly a week, including a holiday in between. Rolesville Furniture really went the extra mile to ensure we were happy with the finished product.

I ended up contacting Ashley furniture myself and getting them to replace my cracking and peeling reclining loveseat with a comparable replacement. The people at Rolesville furniture were contacted by Ashley Furniture and asked to assist with the reselection process as well as accepting the replacement furniture and pickup of the old product. I had no problems dealing with the people at Rolesville Furniture thruout the process. They were both professional and prompt. My replacement was delivered directly to my home a few weeks ahead of time with no charge. They also picked up the cracking and peeling loveseat when they dropped off the new one. I was a little disappointed that they weren't more helpful at the beginning of this whole fiasco, because it's their name too that is connected to the furniture, but I also understand that they are really just the middle man. It all worked out in the end.
