Simple solution. Service charge was excessive in light of the time spent. That's the way it works these days. Solution was determined in a matter of minutes. I required nothing more and they were on their way. That's the price you pay for expertise. To the credit of the technicians, they offered to check the entire system out. I didn't think that was fair to them given the fact that the system is working perfectly and checking it out would be a waste of their time.

staff offers extra knowledge to prevent future problems the home owner may not be aware occurance. They work on what you want and give you option to do work yourself or have them repair on return visit under $99 system checkup offer.
