PLEASE do not ever hire Vernon Howard!!! I hired his company back in November for a bit of remodeling (including my office) and painting. I never questioned the amount of his invoices nor the payments he requested. Two invoices totaled $11,000.00. I even gave him the last check early!!!! They used my dining room table for holding their tools which scratched it significantly......Vernon said he could "buff it out". They got paint on my BRAND-NEW FLOORS and on my doors without ever trying to remove the paint. After they were done, there were many errors and mis-matched painted walls, and I kept asking Vernon when it would be re-done. He kept stalling, eventually he turned into lying. He knew I worked from home and desperately needed to move back into my office, but he never showed any consideration for my lost income. I eventually had to seek other contractor quotes. I told Vernon he needed to reimburse me for the cost of the new contractor invoice which he hasn't. Take my advice and never hire VERNON HOWARD (CREATIVE RENOVATIONS). God will cut down all evil doers; Vengeance is mine, I will repay,' says the Lord"
