BUYER BEWARE!!! This write up is 100% factual! I used All American Services to replace my air conditioning system. Mr. Spivey pocketed an additional $2,500 of my money and will not return it. Took him to court, but the police couldn’t find him to serve him the papers. Currently talking to Wilmington, NC fraud detective on the matter. In addition to the money, Mr. Spivey did a terrible job with the install. System wasn’t working properly and because of the money issue, had an inspector from another company assess the install and was handed a report that stated I need a complete reinstall that would cost $1,700! The lengths Mr. Spivey has gone to avoid this is incredible and at times comical. Wish I had more room to give all the facts/details of this issue. Beware using All American Services and Mr. Spivey. Hope this helps others out there.
