V's Gutters

When we initially spoke we discussed gutters are other pine needles to be cleaned off roof. He looked up my home and said no problem. When he arrives, we review again all gutters as well as some needles on the roof. He said he would be fine to get all of that. Well when he ?finished? he said he could not get to any of the roof because he other guy was not with him but that he would come back next week to complete. We told him we would pay him half now and the rest when he completed the job. He never called or responded to any messages I sent. Along with that he did terrible job on the gutters. Left piles of wet dirt and pine needles in our driveway, on the windows, back patio. Literally everywhere. I ended up having to clean up after him. I have never had such a bad experience with getting our gutters cleaned before. Do not hire!
