They installed a new ridge vent on the main roof but they damaged it with a ladder and have not repaired it. The main roof was not leaking when they first came out. We only needed to repair the ridge vent. SPR wasted paint on the awning roof and took shingles from the main roof and placed those on the awning roof. When they removed the slate from the awning roof and put it on the main roof, this created a leak in the main building that was not there before. After multiple attempts in having them come out to resolve the issues, four months later, the roof is still leaking and they have still not addressed the problem. Regarding the facade brick work, they actually put caulk in some of the cracks and left most of it open. They agreed to come out and put brick mortar in the cracks and have failed to do so. The ridge vent on the awning is still missing. During this process, I discovered a major issue with an employee that I was told was fired and no one ever came back to resolve the issues that were outlined. As an effort to repair the cracked bricks, SPR suggested we paint the whole building white. The historical society said we could not do that and they agreed to repair the cracked bricks with cement mortar but they never completed the job.
