Techs, were on time, did a Great cleaning of all carpets and area carpets. Very professional and courteous. Carpets were mostly dry when they finished. This is the best company for cleaning carpets I have ever had.

The insurance company did most of the legwork, but they were VERY responsive to follow up issues and insurance questions. They had to lift the carpet, replace the matting, mold treatment, dry. They even came over within the same hour when we realized the next day they never actually removed the water heater. I'm perfectly ok with mistakes (I'm as accident prone as the next guy), but they really proved their worth in owning their mistake and being quick to fix it.
Description of Work: ServPro came out to clean up after my busted old water heater leaked all over my roommate/tenant's basement apartment overnight. The insurance company did most of the legwork, but ServPro was VERY responsive to follow up issues and insurance questions.
