"We like to make sure people don't spend more money replacing there roof if it is not necessary. With this economy we would like to think that all contractors would like to help people out other then selling them useless stuff. Happy to get the call every year from you as well !!"
My only concern was my price included replacing the material around the skylights or caulking, I was also told the material usually would need replacing as my roof is 20 yrs old. I feel caulking should be much cheaper, so my price should have been cheaper. That said I really have no complaints.
