Even though there was a bit of a wait from the time we got the quote to installation, due to weather and the company being very busy, which, I might add, we were made well aware of, the overall experience was great. Initial quote was for around $2k but we had some water damage to the sill and sub-floor which added to the cost. Knew ahead of time that there may be some work under the house to fix so there was no surprise. Replacing rotten lumber under the house was well thought out and over engineered so that there would be no issues down the road. We had hardwood flooring inside that was partially removed but was re-installed and not noticeable. Even though you wouldn't be able to see what was done after the door was put in, they made sure water would never be an issue around that door again. Going so far as having the door sit on a plate that covered the wood underneath. Laborers were knowledgeable, courteous and meticulous with their workmanship and it showed with the finished product. Once job was completed, they cleaned up everything. The only thing left for us was some painting of outside door to match color of trim and the trim work inside that was needed as the door was slightly taller than the original..

RM Windows and Doors replaced several windows, our roof and gutters last summer. They were easy to get a hold of, easy to work with and did exactly what they said they would do for the price quoted. The guys who installed the windows were polite and professional. The guys who did the roof worked steadily all day without taking a lot of breaks and even stayed late the last day to finish up the work. They cleaned up after themselves daily and did not leave my home a mess. Our neighbors were also impressed with their work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for any service they provide.

I would definitely call them again, but try to negotiate a little better price up front.

Our roof was completed in three days. The roofers were non-intrusive and always left our yard clean after each work day. The window crew also had the same approach and installed the windows, wrapping, and gutters same day. The roof and windows came out really well and make the house look great. We couldn't have been happier with Mike and his crew. We will have him back to install some more windows and continue to help us improve our house. His work ethic and professionalism cannot be matched. We have used him prior to this job to install a single window and he treated us the same as he did with our almost $10k job.
