They are kind, responsive, fit you in if your dog is sick, talk if you have a question. All the vets and techs are kind. Mary and Doe are my favorites. We take our Shih-tzu there. Great place. When we had to put down our Bichons, how they treated us when we were grieving and just broken hearted made all the difference.

Review based on 3-4 appointment over a 2 month period with the last date being indicated above. Multiple services for 3 animals, update shots, complete exam and blood work - so the price is fair. all I can say is WOW beautiful facility - knowledgeable vet staff (reception, techs, vets), they listened to me and my concerns about the animals - makes it more of a joint consultation - I wish my personal physician was as easy to convince I want and need to be included in all facets of care, they recognize this is better for their patients.
Pet owner for 35 years+, and retired military so I have seen a few vet facilities in my day - these folks are at the top of my list!  While I gave them a "D" for punctuality.....I am not complaining because when it was our turn - we covered 100% and then some in the room with the vet. They do not over book in my opinion and that is based on the waiting room population while I was there, unlike my personal physician who not only runs behind but also over books.
They make use of the technology available - not only inside the clinic but to care for our pet using the "pet portal". If you live in this area - this is the vet to use!

We have taken all our animals to Riverside for approximately 8 years and we have always been pleased with the vet service. They can even care for our exotic pet. This last trip was annual wellness exams and shots for our cats. There are a few new faces on staff we do not know. We see Drs. Meechum and BW and have always been pleased with them. Dr. Harris was fantastic, she still is on call but has moved to Raleigh. Over the years our pets have had surgeries, dental work, wellness exams, vaccinations and end of life care. The staff at the desk is always polite. We did have a problem with a technician who was quite nasty but this was resolved after it was brought to the staff's attention. Please note we do NOT use their grooming services and we do not recommend them. Our cat was shaved into a terrible lion cut several years ago without our permission and it took weeks before she started to look normal. Riverside has moved into a brand new building that is much nicer than the old location on Sunset Avenue.

They are very good. They are very personable and caring toward the animals.

They are very courteous. They know my pet's name. I have been pleased with their level of care.

I had a terrible experience with this clinic. My dog was sent there after becoming ill at a kennel. They told me she was getting bad and that her heart and kidney were failing. When I said I'd come right home, they changed their minds and said she was improving. They seemed to want to keep her longer in order to add to the charges and they never told me the costs of all the medical tests they kept doing, they just kept running up a bill without really seeming to care about the dog.
