 + -1 moreThe local sales representative badgered me into features I did not need and then over charged me by more than 200 dollars. He entered order wrong, then blamed me. The guys that erected the building were over 5 hours late, causing me to miss 1/2 day of work unnecessarily. But they were apologetic, so..... The quality of the building is fine. The folks at corporate Carolina Carports caught mistake in order and the local over charge and readily corrected. So zero compliants against them. If you want a Leonard Bldg then order somewhere besides the Rocky Mount office.
Description of Work: Leonard Factory Outlet is local sales facility for Leonard Buildings. They take order, then Carolina Carports installs or erects building.
