Old unit died during the hottest week so far. They responded the same day I called to perform an estimate. Returned in two business days to install the new unit! The two day delay was waiting for the particular unit I wanted to be delivered.

Technician came out at the earliest time possible, was very professional, polite and told us the unit needed Freon. He added the Freon. The speediness of the visit, the politeness and professionalism of the technician all first class. The price was also fir for the work.

Crew arrived and fix unit all within an hour.

Adam was our technician. He was extremely professional and thorough.

Found out filters were clogged after the fact. Freon recharge not needed and overpriced. Will not accept credit card as advertised. Only check or money order. Phone calls respond from small contract call service and are not knowledgable of business.

Very well. The crew was prompt, professional, and clean.

I called them first thing that morning and they arrived shortly there after. They were very friendly and they explained everything that they found and had my unit up and running in no time! They will be my first call for now on instead of my second. I may come back and update my review once I get the invoice.

I don't see any areas of recent improvement. I had bad service about 3 years ago but they came right back out and fixed it.

System has slow leak and this needs to be done every season. They always respond promptly and are on time to arrive.

After experiences on other properties with HVAC needs, we hired Jack McManus based on a friend's referral to troubleshoot and fix the air conditioning which was not cooling. It is hard to find a reliable and good HVAC contractor. Jack and his crew is one we'll stick with.

Gas Heating unit would not work.  Called Mr. MCManus and he was very prompt in getting out to the house on the same day.  Definitely recommend them to anyone!

Worked with Jack, a very honorable person and highly considerate. Work ethics were exemplary and kindness was shown during the whole process of inspection. Detailed and thorough in his explanation of faulty system. i would highly recommend to work with Jack and his team.

Called office and tech called back with approx arrival time. Came on time and assessed the problem. Came next day with part and fixed the unit.

I called the provider after I found them on this site. I talked to lady at the office and she promised a technician would call. I receieved a call from tech within the hour.  Promised to come to the house to see the problem. Came within the hour and identified the problem.. He was unable to repair the motor, as it needed to be repalced. He promised to come the next day to fix the problem.  He came the next day, worked on the problem and left. We did not know what he did, or how much it would cost. My wife was home and was expecting an invoice or an explanation of the work completed.  We have not recieved a bill or any kind of communications for the repair.  I am still waiting to get an invoice in the mail.  The AC is working without a problem though.  Thank you silent provider :)

Went fine. Have been using this guy for 15 years. Always does good work and is very honest and responsive.

Great. Adam from Jack McManus called me right back on 12/30/2013. I could not believe they were able to come the next day - being New Years Eve. Evidently the entire duct system under the house had come down. They fixed everything in a matter for a few hours. They were quiet professional and neat. Everytime they found a problem they knocked on the door and told what it was and how they fixed it. Would not hesitate to call them again. In fact I am planning on having them service my ac unit when it gets a little warmer.

Had problem with outside heating/AC unit making a loud noise. I received a call prior to someone coming out.Someone came out right away. Very prompt. Very professional. The noise has stopped. I'm certain my neighbors are happy as well. I was given suggestions for if the problem returned. I will definitely call upon then again.
