OK but they left the stump. I paid at the time of service but now get a bill approximally 2 years later for $325.00 saying I am to pay or send copy of the check. I called and was told a clerk no longer there kept poor records.
I will not pay this again and have been advised legally thus the onus is on them.


I also will no longer use their services or recommend them to others .

Phil Hall came out and went over all the things we wanted and gave me a written quote on the spot. Another company I called and talked to the owner, but he never called back or came over. Most of my trees were in the back of the house where a bucket truck could not get access. When the biggest pine tree, about 3 feet in diameter, had to be climbed, he was right out there climbing the tree himself, along with another man. I was surprised at how reasonable to cost was for all the work that was done. It took about 1-1/2 days to finish it all. Since the trees were in a natural area I did not have the stumps ground.

Excellent; we even cooked them lunch one day on the grill, we were so pleased with them.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Even got a follow-up phone call from Mr. Hall a week later to verify if I was satisfied with the work and the crew he sent out to do the work. It did take several weeks to get the tree taken down after I agreed to the estimate, but given the professional service, I can see why there is a waiting list.
