They're pretty good. They've always been nice and get things right.

I don't really know how much they charged us. It wasn't outrageous. Something like $40.00.

They are personable. They always talk to you; they know your names. Its just a good business relationship they have with their customers.

Their quality is good. I haven't had any problems with the workmanship.

Services for our vehicles have included state inspection, new tires, brake service, flat tire patch and gas leak repair.

The provider works by appointment and was on time. The waiting room was comfortable. The mechanic explained the work done and an itemized statement of services was provided. The provided accepted a wide range of credit cards. They stand behind their work if any problems are encountered.

I was very pleased with the level of service given. I left the Jeep down there, and Harold (owner of the shop) drove me home and when the work was done, came by the house and picked me up. You really need to try this provider. Goodyear is not the cheapest place in town, but they stand behind their work.
Twice in the 18 - 20 years I have been going there, they messed up with the repairs and trashed a part they were installing. One time a brake rotor was being installed, and the mechanic put too much muscle on the lug nuts, and the rotor warped. I got a call from Harold telling me the car would not be ready at the promised time, but would be ready by going home time and he would tell me when I picked up the car what had gone wrong. This was mabe 3:00 pm, and by 5:00 pm he called and said the car was ready.
I went down to get the car and Harold was very up front about what had happened, and the reason for the delay. Goodyear Tire had to order another wheel rotor from their supplier, have it delivered, and then have it installed. That was about a $200.00 error they had to eat !! I'm very sure that there are big name places in Rocky Mount that would have tried to cover up that kind of error, and then tried to blame the customer.
Goodyear Tire is a great place for a woman to carry her vehicle. They will not talk down to her, and they will not try to take advange of her lack of knowledge about cars and over charge her or try to rip her off.

There we about 2 people ahead if me but that we're still able to get me out in about 30 mins. They were very informative and pleasant employees.
