When our shower door literally fell off, we thought we would need to replace the entire unit. It is a custom-built, odd trapezoid shape, which I have further customized with decorative film. When we called Floras, they set up an appointment to give us a quote, and their person showed up exactly on schedule. He indicated that they might be able to repair the door for about $400, but might have to replace the door, which would cost 50% more, and would force me to totally do my decorative film over again. Within a week, they showed up with the door perfectly repaired, and installed it in such a way that it should never come loose again. And at a price UNDER their estimate.
