1.Job in complete on schedule, (Said contract 60 day if weather permit) it has been over 5 months. 2.Misappropriation of fund: Sub-contractor or employee has come to my home looking for payment from me (I have given Mr. Darden over 20 thousand dollars) 3.Unsafe and unclean work site. (I have asked Mr. Darden numerous times to clean after himself and his workers. On July 24, 2008 I have stepped on a nail while returning my trashcan to my back yard.). 4.Poor craftsmanship (Roof, Siding, Sheetrock, Garage door opening). 5.Unprofessional.
