My cat was sick and the Dr. first did a physical exam and a blood panel. She gave a cortisone shot and prescribed stool softener. A few days later I took the cat back and they did an x ray and an enema. A few days after that they anesthetized him and removed as much as possible. when they called to see how he was doing they gave me an appetite stimulant for him at no charge. He seems better now. They were great with him and amazingly he liked the doctors he saw. They were gentle and genuinely cared. I will absolutely use them again.
