Locksmith Service
Took him longer to get out of his truck than it did to unlock my daughter's car. He had hit unlocked in 20 seconds!

Locksmith Service
Spoke to locksmith on Thursday, December 12. He agreed to a 10AM appointment on Friday, December 13. He was a no-show. No notification. No call. I subsequently contacted the locksmith again myself on Monday morning. He agreed to a 4PM appointment that afternoon. Again he was a no-show. No notification. No call. His total lack of professionalism and disregard for my time has eroded all confidence I had after the initial successful service visit.

Locksmith Service
The locksmith arrived at the appointed time, he was friendly, clean and professionally dressed. We did a quick walk-through of the project which he did promptly and without damage to the home or the locks. He delivered new keys and an itemized invoice. Services were reasonably priced with flexible payment methods. I found them very easy to do business with.

He answered almost immediately after I left a message. He came over right away and was very courteous. He fixed the problem and the prices were reasonable. I would recommend him to others.
