Bob's Appliance Service Inc of Rocky Mount, NC has been serving the area with quality service and now stocking over 1000 of the most needed parts in the Nash, Edgecombe, and Wilson County area. If for some reason we do not have your needed part in stock; we pride ourselves in the fact that we can obtain a part for you that is a special order in one day. We will also ship it to you, so that you don't have to come in to the store. We have been serving Rocky Mount and surrounding areas for over 25 years offering quality repairs on all makes and models of appliances. Robert Lane, owner and operator also offers factory authorized service. Our trained technicians are certified with all major manufacturers. The repairmen was only here for a total of three minutes if even that only for him to tell us we need it a ice maker which we already knew and that’s why the ticket was placed , they charged my father 150.00 for absolutely nothing I understand fees are applied but this was a total rip-off , I wouldn’t recommend any services from this company

Bobby was fast, friendly, and when unable to find our home, good about the phone call.Once here, Bobby was extremely quick, got right to work. Unfortunately we have a part that is not worth repairing (cost of repair vs new is too small), but at the same time Bobby was honest in that: he did what he could to at least get the machine running, and suggested we use it until it dies.
I was pleasantly surprised by his honesty in the regard. So, all his coming out cost was the basic service call. We got a honest bit of information, and he didn't waste our time or our money. I would highly recommend Bob's Appliance for anyone needing work, and would use him again if I needed to do so.

We called the company and they sent a new motor. I called Bob's repair to install the part and a repair man was sent the same day to install it. A couple of days later, I had a problem with excess noise when the dishwasher was running. I called Bob's repair again and Bob himself came out. He said the repairman didn't tighten something properly and took care of the problem. The electrolux company paid to have the part installed and Bob's Repair never sent us a bill for any of the service calls. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely call him again if I have an appliance problem.
