Very prompt and shingles look good. Workers did leave a fair amount of small pieces of debris and dropped roofing nails on the ground (some on driveway) that I to pick up. Damaged deck box, but they readily reduced price so that I could replace this deck box. I doubt that their workers did much less of a clean up than anyone else. I would use again.

B and M was very professional during the quote request. B and M provided options for different grades of shingles and provided a professional portfolio of the services they would perform and the costs involved. They arrived earlier than estimated to begin the work and completed same with no work interruptions.

They took care of it and did a good job. They were a pleasure to work with.

Band M owner came out and provided me with the estimate, and discussed several options around the roofing service. I had several contractors come out and give me suggestions on different air circulation options for the roof (which is very important if you want your shingles to last). Band M provided great details on the pros and cons of each approach which allowed me to make the best decision for me. we decided to go with them and contacted the shop to sign the paperwork. When I came in, I asked for samples of material to attached to my roof in order to choose the colors. They were able to help with some of the colors based on some small left over inventory. This was extremly helpfull since my wife had some drastic ideas for color changes and it allowed us to pick a good fit for our house. They order the material and scheduled the day for the roof change. They showed up promptly and started working as soon as the materials showed up. I inspected the materials and went off to work leaving the crew to do their job. Came back at lunch to find my main roof completely stripped with the new bottom layer already installed. The guys were already nailing shingles and the crew of 4 people were working very well ( 1 guys was on the bottom performing clean up, 1 guy on the very top distributing materials and 1 guy on each side of the house nailing shingles). they nailed shingles by hand as the owner did not trust the power controls in nail guns. They worked until 8 pm on the first day and my main roof was completely done and my garage roof was already covered with the tar paper. they came back the second day and finished the job. They did a good job cleaning up and up to today (after 18 months) I only hit 3 nails with my lawnmower tires (I can't imagine anyone being able to capture everything).
At the end the roof looked great and 5 other neighbors used them for their roof replacements. Also I asked to keep the excess material which I am happy to say was less than 1 package of shingles (which tealls me I did not pay for any waste).

Our realtor called this company and they came to fix our roof within 5 days. They did a great job with both the roof and cleaning our gutters. They also agreed to be paid at our mortgage closing, making things very convenient for us living in another state.

Band M had a crew out within the week to do the work. They removed the old shingles and had the job finished in 3 days. They were meticulous in cleaning up all the shingles and as many nails as possible. I would highly recommend this company. They are more pricey than others but do excellent work. My neighbor did his roof a month after us using a different company and it took them 2 weeks to finish the job and the same with another neighbor down the street.

They were very prompt and polite. They completed the work quickly and cleaned up well after completion. I would use them again and I would definitely recommend them to anyone else.
