When the company delivered the portable restroom unit at the wedding venue a day before the wedding we were very pleased. The delivery guy set the restroom up and hooked it to a water supply and power supply. He left his business card. This was on a Friday afternoon however later in the day while we were setting up chairs and tables and decorations my husband noticed that the unit wasn't working because he didn't hear the air conditioning. So he tried to troubleshoot the problem himself. When he was not able to get the unit working he called the number of the delivery guy but he never answered or returned our calls. My husband called him numerous times and left a voicemail. We had to make a decision about getting the restroom fixed since no one would return our calls and it was the weekend so my husband called an electrician and had him to come out on a Friday night and work on the unit. Finally we were able to get the unit working it was almost midnight. Saturday morning, the day of the wedding I tried to call the office number. I could not get an answer I left a voicemail no one returned my call. Just imagine yourself trying to get all the details of an outdoor wedding put together plus trying to get dressed for a wedding and and taking care of little details for the bride and then you hear that that the unit has stopped working again. This time the water pump had stopped working. So an hour before the wedding while we're taking pictures my husband had to go out to the unit and try to get it working himself. He got it working by tapping on the water pump. All during the reception and the rest of the night he had to keep checking the unit and make sure it was working. Several guest told us that there was no water. On Monday morning my husband called the office to speak with the owner and he wasn't available. He told the receptionist about our problems over the weekend and she said that the delivery guy that installed our unit was out sick and they would have to hear his side. My husband ask to have the owner to call him of course the owner never did. He called back again later that day and I called myself at the end of the day. We called Tuesday, Wednesday, and finally Thursday I got him on the phone. He was unapologetic and blamed us for having an electrician to work on his unit. He refused to refund any portion of our money. We are not rich but we spent a lot of money so our guests would not have to use a regular porta-john since the venue did not have restroom facilities.
