They were pretty responsive. I am less likely to use them again because I guess I am not completely satisfied with the system that was installed, but in an emergency, who knows.

Response from MEDLEY ELECTRIC COMPANY, INC.
"We have reviewed the records on the customer. She purchased a unit in 2006. We do not see the bill in our system for the repairs that were made that she has a concern about. We would like some particulars please to see if this could be a weekend call or an oversight. We noticed a July 29 date, and we don't show in our system Thanks, Medley Elec."

Excellent. When I lost my furnace just before a major snow the owner drove to the warehouse in the snow to pick up our furnace and they installed it without delay. They did an excellent job of installation. The furnace works well.

I called Medley because of Angie's List and the rating I saw. Very satisfied with time of response. They had an incorrect phone number. After no answer the technician came to my home on his own. He analyzed the problem and cleaned the coils. He totally explained the problem. He recommended yearlt maintenance after fixing the problem.

Medley installed my mom's and my brother's air conditioning unit so that is why I chose to use them this time. They were on time but I thought they were finished awfully quick. I have never had a problem with them though in the past but I did have to call someone else out at a later date. They do not offer weekend service.

Their electrical work was pretty good, but not their plumbing work. We had to hire another plumber after them to do that work. They did not know how to do the actual plumbing work. They did not do what they said they were going to do. They came when they said they were going to come though. I will not be using them again in the future.

He was referred to me by my brother. I did get estimates from other people. He did an excellent job of recommending to me what he thought would be the best thing to do. He usually deals with one brand but recommended another. He thought it would be best with the situation. He procured it and installed it. Even though that was not typically what he used. He explained that it was because I heated with gas and cooled with electricity. That is what made his decision. He does the maintenance as well. He came out on a Saturday. Tim did not come himself but whoever was on call came.
