Nina is a very sweet person. For the price, I expected a better clean than a basic clean/tidy up. Many areas went untouched even for areas/rooms we discussed would be cleaned.

I would have gone back and redone any room that was not to your standards. After rediscussing the cleaning expectations with you both, I thought we were on the same page. The price given was for a standard clean and a little deeper on the bathrooms. Thank you for your time and honesty."

We have 5 animals that all shed and she loved meeting them and did amazing at cleaning up after them when we've been having so much trouble keeping up! We just really needed a good deep clean on the house and was very happy to have found her and had her come and clean!
