Ronald was so professional.  He came and gave an estimate and then called back later to tell us when he would be able to do the work.  He called back exactly like he promised and he arrived the next day at the exact time he said he would arrive.  He cleaned up all the debris and was very courteous.  I could not have asked for better service.  He did a great job at a great price.  I was very impressed.  I wish all service people were more like him.  Great company.  I will be recommending him to everyone that needs tree services.

Eric Bayne is an expert tree cutter.  Before coming to Polk Co he worked at the National Arboretum in Washington.  Over the last dozen years he has removed dead and dying trees as well as storm damaged trees. Additionally he has trimmed trees that were developing weak branches and saved one tree that was hit by lightening. He does not top trees.   He does clean up well and protects shrubs which are in danger of damage.  Excerpt for new customers he does not give quotes.  He is in such demand that he doesn't have time to do so but his prices are good.  He does not advertise.  His business comes from repeat customers, word of mouth, and recommendations by the Extension Service.  He responds immediately to emergencies but you can expect to wait for a routine job.
