I have used Anderson's Sew & So for sewing machine repair. They're wonderful and have a great customer service. They were very customer friendly and jovial. I walked in to pick up my sewing machine and actually messed up myself and they were just joking around with me about how I messed it up. They were extremely busy, so they were up front with me that it wasn't going to be a quick turnaround. However, they were on target with when they told me they would give it back to me. They were very down to earth, friendly, and it was very comfortable working with them.
