They are always polite and caring and very friendly. The care given to our Italian Greyhound has been wonderful.

We made the appointment to have our youngest cat spayed. On the morning of her surgery we were met at the door by one of the veterinary assistants. She had us sign releases and explained what would happen. She told us when we could call to make sure our cat had come through the surgery okay. She was understanding about our apprehension and our need for one hat chin scratch. We called back at the arranged time to check on her and were told cheerfully that she came through surgery without a problem and was resting comfortably. We arranged a time to pick her up the next day. When we picked her up she was doing great and we were given meds to keep her comfortable through the next couple of days. We took her back to have her stitches out awhile later and she was doing great.
