I pulled up to the station at 9 am. He was just opening. I asked him if he could change the oil in my car. He said sure. He took my keys and drove my car inside of the building, raised it up and started working. While the oil was draining, he checked the air pressure in my tires, walked around inspecting certain things. He sprayed WD40 on my noisy doors, I asked him to change the overhead light bulb in my car (I had one with me). He said no problem. He also does vehicle inspections, I get mine checked there. I really like going to Broad Street Pure because you don't need to make appointments, they are really friendly, verry professional, and offer good prices.
