My father-in-law stated unit was thoroughly cleaned and coolant add. Unit is worked fine.

Overall, the work is good, and I would use them in the future, but not during high demand periods.
The difficulties I encountered were with communications and the work - or lack thereof - the crew did.
I had to call repeatedly to get any information. Phone calls were not returned in a timely manner and information on the services to be provided was painful to obtain.
The crew left gaping holes in the house during one of the coldest periods of the winter. The holes left by removing duct work were not blocked/closed as promised by Mr. Shell. The crew seemed more concerned with what was coming over their scanners than with doing the work on my system. I would suggest much more supervision over the crew.
The crew that fabricated and installed the external duct cover were more professional. They did a fantastic job, including the application of cool seal. The color blends with the exterior of the house so the housing is not sticking out like an ice pick in the forehead.
