About us
Sole proprietor with 27 years experience doing big and small construction work. I do not use subcontractors but hire additional help as needed. I charge $30 for the first hour I'm onsite then $15 per hour after that. For small repairs, I will invoice materials with labor charges; for large jobs, I require 1/2 down payment for materials but do not charge labor until the job is completed to your satisfaction. I guarentee all of my work. I do not provide fee estimates but I waive the estimate fee if the proposal is accepted. I will give free estimates to Angie's List members.
