The owner of the company did try to address my concerns but it just wasn't possible to fix some of the problems which were built into the house. In the meantime the wear and tear on the floors, door and my furniture, not to mention me having to re-clean the entire house due to heavy drywall dust countless times was totally stressful and unsatisfactory.
Description of Work: Had a new house custom built. I paid for many upgrades. No attention was paid to aesthetics resulting in the unsightly placement of permanent structures such as the ductwork and electric box. Lights were misplaced resulting in celing repairs that required the ceiling to be reworked 4 times and although better it is not even close to looking like the original ceiling. This resulted in scuffed hardwood floors and a substantial amount of drywall dust that I'm still trying to get out. The Companies that installed the hardwood floors and kitchen cabinets did poor work. The opening was too big for the dishwasher requiring wood trim to be placed on the sides to hide the sides of the dishwasher. The hardwood floors had numerous gaps which they gave me apoxy to fill in. The front door was improperly installed and dented and scraped during the numerous repairs. Three months after buying the house, they were still reworking the problems. The seeded lawn did not properly come in and there is already a crack in the driveway. The final result is that I could have bought an old home, done a remodel and been way less frustrated and spent much less money. Very bad experience and would not recommend.
