Richlands True Value

Just had a horrible experience and left that business having to pay for an incomplete job with terrible customer service. I made the mistake of bringing my Craftsman Riding Mower in to this business for new blades and leveling of the deck. ONE MONTH later and $240 in the hole, I left the store with my mower still having level deck issues, uneven cutting, and very frustrated over the complete lack of customer service. (this was on 25Sept10) The owners/managers never once called me during this whole month of servicing, I had to make all calls in order to check the status of my mower. When I confronted the man who runs this store this morning, he immediately refused to reduce the price and would not budge. Further, he said he was "too busy" to call his customers. PLEASE consider any other location instead of this one. The people running this business do not care about the quality of their work, your time or expense for their terrible work, and definately not you the customer.
