This project went very well, I could not have asked for better service and delivery. I called and spoke with Sam on a Friday and let him know about the damage done to my siding (by one of my dogs.... another story altogether). He let me know that he was in the area already and that he could swing by the house to have a look (during my work hours) the same day. I got a call back that afternoon explaining the costs and time-frame when he thought they could complete the job (within the week sometime). He let me know that he would be contacting me again on Wednesday about 7PM. Wednesday at 7PM the phone rang and it was Sam from R & W calling to let me know that they would be out to the house the next morning to make the repair. Talk about punctuality! This was almost a first, having someone call on time...especially for this type of business. Sam and a crew of 2 others arrived the next morning right on time in a neat company marked truck which was pulling an enclosed trailer; both of which were very neat, clean and professionally marked with the business information. The small crew started working immediately and were done within 2 hours. The job was seamless, performed exactly if not above the expectation set by Sam during our initial contact. 45 days later, the job is holding-up and looks as good as it did the day they left my house. I highly recommend R & W Home Improvement remodel/handyman service to anyone in eastern NC. These guys do it right, and for a more than reasonable cost. They are a truly professional organization and present themselves as such.
