Mr Jacobs was not the lowest or the highest bid that I received. He was fair and professional. He returns calls which seems to be a big problem with businesses these days. He came out looked over area, listened to what I was looking for even though I didn't have a clear picture. He made suggestions and offered reasonable alternatives. Work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. The workers were respectful and cleaned up after each day.
