He is fantastic. He is knowledgeable. He is really down to earth.

They were reasonable in their rates. They charged me $190 when another provider quoted like almost $300. So there was a significant difference. They did what they said they going to do, they watched the cat, they were professional and it is a nice facility. It was a very satisfactory experience. I called them the morning after to check on her and to see when I could pick her up and they told me that she was doing well. I guess her paws were doing well also so I could pick her up that afternoon.

I've only had two issues with this office. One time we were going to board them there and they lost our reservation, which turned out fine. At one point one of their vet techs was rude to me because I had a lot 'gear' on my pit to help keep him under control while we were training him. Dr. Wright quickly put her into her place which was very nice to see.

Doctor Osborne has been my dogs (2 Labrador Retriever's and 1 Yorkshire Terrier) as well as various dogs and cats that have temporarily been residents at my house for the past 5 years. There is usually a little bit of a wait time while visiting, but I chalk this up to the fact that they are excellent Vets and are very popular. I will say that no matter how busy they are, they take the time to do a thorough job and answer all of my questions fully. They make me feel as if my dog is the most important patient they have or will see all day.
The prices are comparable to other Veterinarians I have used in the past.

I have three dogs. They are getting expensive too. I take my dogs there for nail clips and physical exams. To get their hardcore medication and stuff I order that online so their cheaper. They are pretty good people there and they handle my dogs as far as I know. I've never had to leave my dogs there for any kind of overnight treatment or anything. One time about three years ago both of my little dogs had to have some teeth pulled and I had to leave them there overnight. Most of the time they were there, they were sedated so they didn't realize that I wasn't anywhere around. As far as I know they handle everybody's animals with care. If you take them in for just nail clipping's its $15 a dog but if you take them in for their exams once a year, they'll cut their toe nails for free. I've got a Boston terrier, Papillion and a long haired miniature dachshund. I don't take them as often as I should but when I do take them in to get them cut it costs me $45 for three dogs so I do it like three times a year.

He has taken care of my dog since he was a puppy. They are very thorough. They are good with my dog. My dog was dying and he saved him. The bill was close to $1,000. He is just wonderful. He even came in on his day off to do the surgery; I don't find that a lot. I would definitely use him in the future.

Well, I had to go in for a exam before the surgery and that was like 30 bucks give or take...and I was not a fan of the doctor. I thought he was a bit rough and wasn't super friendly. The price for her to get spayed was 160.00 dollars. That was the cheapest I could find because I went to other vets to get price quotes and one was like 250.00 and another was over 300.00 dollars. I made the appointment a week advance and my husband took her in a week later to get spayed and they didn't have me down on the books to have her spayed. They fit her in but I thought that was not professional what so ever. Overall my dog came out alive and she is healthy and no problems. So with that my overall experience was good!

Dr. Osborne made a traumatic, heart-wrenching experience as comfortable as possible to deal with. The cost of treatment was more than reasonable. Overall, we were highly satisfied, and continue to use Ideal Pet Care for our other animals.

Overall it was great. The price was a lot cheaper than I had expected for an exam and medicine. There was a short wait, but I have never been to any doctor's office without a wait. The vet. Dr. Osbourne (not sure if I spelled her name right) was not only very good at communicating the situation and best course of treatment to me, but her and the tech were very good at keeping my dog calm while they looked her over. I always look for kindness to animals in a vet.

We were very happy with our experience. Our American Eskimo is very skittish around people she doesn't know and they allowed our 10 year old son to handle her to get her weight. We did have to wait a short while for the vet to come into the room, but I do think that it did have something to do with my husband bringing the previous shot records back to the office.
