They were very punctual and called on the way to ensure I was available, since it was an early morning appointment. It was easy to call and get an appointment that worked around my work schedule. Both of them were very tolerant of my dog inside that investigated and the dogs outside that barked for the entire time they worked. Before leaving, they cleaned up and told me if I had any problems to call them and they would come back to check.
