Marlin and Wanda and their entire team are top notch. They come when they say they are going to come and do great work. Our lawn looks terrific since they started taking care of it for us; they've helped us get rid of a lot of weeds. Affordably priced compared to other providers, and they work with you on a package that fits your needs and budget. They're not concerned with getting you and quot;on contractand quot; but are available and responsive when you need them.

I have a verbal agreement with them. They charge $40 to mow. I have been using them for about three or four years. I like that they are very flexible. Some of these people want you to sign a contract and they want everything to do with your yard like they want to mow, fertilize, aerate, seed, want to do this and do that. M and W allows you to pick from a menu of their services. For example, I asked them to take a look at my guttering which involved them climbing up my roof. They did that and charged a reasonable price for it. It is not really a mainstream thing for them to do. They just had some people who had a little bit of time and they were accommodating. They do a good job. Another example is that they started mowing in this neighborhood in the first of April and I do not mind doing it during April as it is nice and cool. So, I have been mowing myself, but I will turn it back over to them in May sometime, and they are very willing to work with me on that kind of basis. So, they are very flexible. I do not have to worry about them arriving when they say they will. They are here.

We would highly recommend them. We have them on a contract. We have a big lawn and we don't know what we would do without them; they are just a Godsend. They also spray the weeds and they charge $35 for that service. They also do pine needles. The best thing about them is that they come in and mow and are out of here is about 45 minutes. Everything is spruced up. It is family owned and they are very nice people. They always give us good service and we always pay our bill on time. We haven't compared their prices. They usually come about 8:30 in the morning unless the weather is not good and they don't come if the yard doesn't need to be mowed.
